Virtual Program 

Learn all about building your own eggs benedict, complete with how to make hollandaise sauce and poach an egg. Class is paired with Chef Kelcy’s famous Garlic Cheddar Chive Scones and seasonal vegetables.

About the Presenter:

Chef Kelcy is a Lowell-based Farm Chef, Baker, and Food Educator!  She runs her personal business, Chef Kelcy, as well as being the Farm Chef and Kitchen Manager at Wright-Locke Farm in Winchester, MA. She greatly enjoys the pleasure of working in her community doing all of the things she loves; cooking for wonderful clients, teaching others to cook, working with local farmers and small businesses, and of course, supporting the place she is lucky enough to call home base, Wright-Locke Farm.
